EarTrumpet Overview
EarTrumpet offline installer is a powerful Windows audio management tool that replaces the basic system volume icon with a full-featured per-application volume mixer accessible directly from the system tray. The standalone setup file installs completely without internet access and provides immediate audio control improvements over the stock Windows experience. The standard Windows volume icon only controls master volume. EarTrumpet expands this into a beautiful, Fluent Design tray popup that shows every audio source individually — music players, browsers, games, video conferencing apps, and system sounds all get their own independent volume slider. Scroll the taskbar tray icon to adjust the master volume without clicking. EarTrumpet also adds a full multi-device switcher: right-click any app in the volume mixer to move it to a different output device — headphones instead of speakers, for example — without touching Windows Sound settings. The default playback device can be changed from the tray in one click. It supports Bluetooth headsets, USB audio interfaces, and virtual audio cables. The application is completely free, available in the Microsoft Store, and also as a direct MSIXBundle package from the official EarTrumpet installer service. It runs as a tray process using under 15 MB of RAM. A genuine quality-of-life improvement that Windows should have built in — EarTrumpet is essential for anyone who switches between headphones and speakers or manages multiple audio streams.
